Coordinate the logistics of the performance.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. I only keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill my services or as required by UK tax law (for invoicing).
Your Rights
You have the right to request a copy of the data I hold about you or ask me to delete your personal information at any time by contacting me directly via email.
Terms & Conditions: The Inked GentlemanBooking & Deposits: A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date. Your booking is not confirmed until this fee is received and a confirmation email is sent.Payment Terms: The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the event date. Payments can be made via bank transfer or as specified in your invoice.Cancellations: If the client cancels within 30 days of the event, 50% of the total fee is due. Cancellations within 7 days of the event require 100% payment of the agreed fee.Performance Environment: The client must provide a safe environment for the performance. For outdoor events, a suitable covered area must be provided in case of inclement weather.Liability & Insurance: The Inked Gentleman maintains full Public Liability Insurance (PLI). Certificates and Risk Assessments are available upon request.Guest Behaviour: I reserve the right to cease performance if guests become abusive or if the environment becomes unsafe. In such cases, the full fee remains payable.Force Majeure & Illness: In the event of severe illness or an "Act of God," I will attempt to provide a replacement performer of equal standing. If a replacement cannot be found, all fees (including the booking fee) will be refunded. Liability is limited to the total value of the booking.Changes to Venue/Times: Requests to change venue or timings are subject to availability. Changes may incur additional travel surcharges. I cannot guarantee performance beyond the agreed "End Time" if the event runs late.Agreement: By paying the booking fee, you enter a formal contract under these terms.
